Clariant debuts bio-wax for easier and sustainable plastics processing

At CHINAPLAS 2022, CLARIANT CHEMICALS (CHINA) LTD. debuts Licocare RBW Vita series products include Licocare RBW 101,Vita Licocare RBW 102 Vita, Licocare RBW 300 Vita, Licocare RBW 330 Vita and Licocare RBW 360 Vita. They are more sustainable compared with traditional Montan wax. 


The series is able to improve the flow ability of plastics, provide better mold release of the final particle, fast the cooling time, and also disperse the pigment/filler well. These functions will make plastics processing much easier, then help final converter improve product efficiency. 


After adding Licocare RBW Vita, final particle can achieve smoother surface and brighter color. The series can be found in different applications such as automobile, E & E and home appliance.
