加温用短节距，吹瓶用大节距，这款PP吹瓶机巧节能

佛冈县国珠塑胶有限公司近期推出连续加温式PP吹瓶机，该吹瓶机加热上瓶胚、下瓶胚时，转子公转不停，保证瓶胚加热环境的一致性。
它在加温时采用短节距(55mm)，吹瓶采用大节距(72mm)，有效地节约电能。此外，该吹瓶机还采用机铰式锁模结构(免除气囊增压)，合模力高达10T在节约气源下保证不涨模保证成品的外观。
此外，它采用独特的瓶胚牙口保护装置（不用冷水板），吹小瓶（500毫升以下）为1出6，吹大瓶（500毫升以上）为1出3，适合一机多用。它还采用新款自动上环及焊环机构和快速换模装置，降低工人师傅的换模工作强度。
