SPC stone plastic flooring production line is PVC and calcium powder as the main raw material to produce SPC stone plastic floor equipment. The raw material is produced by plasticizing extrusion sheet, four-roll calendering hot-dipping color film decoration layer and wear-resistant layer, doing various relief wood patterns and various patterns, directly hot-dipping the bottom cushion muffler layer, and then by UV wear-resistant treatment, cutting and grooving. The biggest difference between it and traditional flooring is environmental protection, wear resistance and fire prevention. Stone-plastic floor is made of PVC powder, additives and other high-temperature calendering, surface wear-resistant layer, can not contain formaldehyde and other harmful substances, is 100% formaldehyde-free environmental protection floor. At the same time, stone flooring does not need to cut down trees, destroying the ecology, so it has won the title of "new environmental protection materials", which is also a great advantage of stone flooring compared with traditional paving.

The structure of SPC stone plastic floor has 4 layers from bottom to top.

The bottom layer is made of calcium powder and PVC mixture as backing.

Printing layer, printing design of LVT floor at the bottom.

Wear resistant layer, pure PVC transparent wear-resistant layer covering the printing layer.

- UV protective coating, SPC floor equipment, wear resistant layer clean treatment.
