广东盈拓实业控股有限公司（INTOP）旗下东莞市宝得来再生资源回收企业管理有限公司副总经理曾松在第九届CPRJ塑料包装技术论坛暨展示会上，分析了当前废塑料回收行业规范面临的挑战和机遇。他表示虽然回收政策明确，但缺乏经济动力推动；相关行业政策细则仍未落实；废塑料回收存在高投入低产出的现场，税收负担也不小，而且大众对废塑料的认知存在一定的偏差。

曾松呼吁为让整个社会的再生资源回收体系更加健康，可持续发展，包装行业应多多使用透明包装。“回收物越是单一，价值越高，PET瓶除了蓝白绿三色有较高价值，其他有色瓶价值较低，特别是洗手液，洗发水，沐浴露等改用PET包装后，有色瓶的比例越来越大，影响回收效率，增加回收成本，迫使再生资源企业增加人工或者投入自动分选设备。” 曾松补充说。
