苏州誉阵自动化科技有限公司（Yuzhen）总经理王健在第九届CPRJ塑料包装技术论坛暨展示会上表示视觉检测系统的技术创新也为塑料包装质量检测带来了新的解决方案。他提到了目前三种创新的检测系统：基于深度学习的AI检测系统与传统图像识别算法不同，可实现检测特征随机变化，不能做测量定位，但人脑可分辨的都能分辨；包装容器表面印刷图文检测系统则针对颜色、图案、文字特征而设计开发，实现多点位高速并行运算，对漏印/错印、脏污等问题进行排查；异性塑包产品检测系统能够进行全自动视觉检测，以及利用光学玻璃圆盘和多组棱镜系统配合特殊光源检测。
