How to produce multi-color USB with MSIM technology?

Multi-shot Implant Injection Molding (MSIM) is an integrated technology of multi-material injection molding, vertical turntable injection molding machine, automatic pick up and implantation.

 

For manufacturing multi-color and multi-material (plastic, silicone and metal) USB, the multi-color injection implantation can complete both injection molding of the outer case and chip implantation in a small space, and mold materials with different properties and functions.

 

According to Modern Precision (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd., with a three-color six-station vertical turntable injection molding machine, three-front six-rear molds, manual implanting and pick up for multi-shot implant injection process, the USBs can be packaged and shipped directly after being picked up, without other processes such as assembly.

 

As introduced, this production concept can be also applied to other products with outer cases. For example, the polycarbonate layer in white color or green color can be replaced with luminous or transparent layer, so as to create luminous, embossed or transparent effects for the logo font.
