聪明盖指的是饮用桶装水上的塑料盖，是桶装水重要的组成部分。它起到密封整个水桶，防止细菌滋生的作用，因此被广泛地应用在桶装水包装上。聪明盖通常由食品级聚乙烯（PE）注塑加工而成。
