【揭秘】蓝月亮塑料瓶这样变身再生料！

日前，深圳市通产丽星科技集团有限公司董事长陈寿在接受“雅式橡塑网（AdsaleCPRJ.com）”采访中指出，日化包装的回收利用，存在品种多、颜色杂、批量小等特点，并且由于单件日化产品售价较低、使用周期比一般快消品慢，难以像电子行业通过“生产者延伸责任制”来落实回收，这让塑料包装的回收利用难上难，塑料废弃物污染治理已成为全球性难题。
据介绍，通产丽星已联合品牌商开展塑料废弃物的回收利用，打造了从研发设计到包装制造至化妆品生产至包装回收利用及认证检测一体化的产业链闭环循环，建立从塑料回收、破碎、清洗、自动筛选、塑化及分级利用的塑料回收链，促进塑料废旧包装的高质化再生利用。
在“蓝月亮塑料包装废弃物合作项目”中，通产丽星将蓝月亮的塑料包装回收后进行材料分拣、破碎、清洗、标签分类之后，进行清洗片料和标签回收，最后再实现片料造粒。
