1、检测机可直接连接注塑机或独立连接理胚机，检测机主要分为四个单元：分料单元、检测单元、不良品剔除单元、出料单元。

2、视觉检测单元根据产品规格不同采用多套视觉系统对瓶胚进行检测。

3、对圆度、破损、直径、黑点、拉丝、气泡等不良进行检测并在线自动剔除。

4、配置选配：相机数量6个-12个，精度0.1mm-0.5mm，速度300-800个/分钟。

5、适用产品：各种规格瓶胚。
