1. The testing machine is equipped with waterfall type lid arranging machine, which realizes automation from lid arranging to detection and counting packaging.
2. The system detects the deformation, flash, black spot, lack of material, gasket and other defects of the bottle cap and removes them online.
3. The top surface, bottom surface and inner / outer wall circumference of the bottle cap can be selected as the detection position.
4. One machine can be compatible to detect many kinds of products, the operation is simple and easy to understand.
5. Configuration selection: 1-7 cameras, accuracy 0.1mm-0.3mm, speed 300-2000 / min.
6. Applicable products: all kinds of bottle caps.
