吹填密封（BFS）：ApiJect一次性预灌装注射器这么造出来

药物预灌装解决方案供应商ApiJect Systems获得美国国际开发金融公司（DFC）5.9亿美元贷款，用于建设一个多设施园区，使美国能够在发生像新冠疫情这样的国家紧急情况时，快速实现大量注射药品和疫苗的包装。

 

据介绍，此次贷款投资的ApiJect Gigafactory园区位于北卡罗来纳州三角研究园，占地100万平方英尺。该工厂将拥有世界上最大的药物预灌装设施，每年可生产多达30亿个单剂量预填充注射器。

 

这一新设施将成熟的无菌药品包装技术，即吹填密封（BFS）与ApiJect专有的注射器专用针头技术结合在一起，在BFS预充注射器中可靠、安全地包装药品。BFS使用医用级塑料树脂，每生产线每3秒钟可制造、填充和密封12-25个预灌装注射器。
