受新冠疫情影响，体外诊断市场呈几何式爆发增长，而在诊断中所需要的液体处理方式是通过移液器和吸头来共同完成的。
阿博格移液吸头的自动化生产解决方案，由锁模力为100吨的470H阿博格液压机搭配三套自动化模组注塑生产出来的。
该方案搭配由捷士达提供的1模48腔模具，单点侧进胶热流道技术保证了多点进胶的平衡性。据介绍，包含机械手模内时间的整体循环时间为6.9秒，最快能达到5.5秒。
