专家支招：带量采购政策下，医用耗材企业CDMO模式及数字化管理值得关注

苏州鱼跃医疗科技有限公司(Yuwell)副总经理裴鹏在第三届CPRJ医用橡塑技术论坛上表示，在带量采购政策下，CDMO模式及数字化管理值得医用耗材企业关注。这两种模式有助于企业降本增效保质量。



CDMO是指医药合同定制研发生产模式，即医药领域定制研发生产，是一种新兴的研发生产外包模式。目前CDMO在医药企业已应用得比较成熟，但在医疗耗材领域还没有企业去实实在在推进CDMO。


“CDMO是整个医疗器械创新体系的重要一环，生态体系本身又是CDMO生存与发展的基础。CDMO有助于降低产品取证上市前的风险，更快的实现申报流程，产品的模式更容易复制，可以实现多点委托，在已有证书的情况下可以快速扩产。”裴鹏说。

 


在生产管理方面，企业正从从最早的工业化，逐渐向自动化、信息化和数字化管理，这是需要实现和达成的过程。“数字化管理会企业带来提高效率，降低成本，保证产品质量。”裴鹏说
