How does the Veolia Huafei factory process 150,000 tons of plastic waste per year?

Veolia Huafei Polymer Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (Veolia Huafei) is one of the largest recycled plastics manufacturers in China, and possesses the technical ability to produce food grade rPET particles. The company recycles and processes 150,000 tons of waste plastics each year, which can circle the earth twice.

 

The production facility of Veolia Huafei is highly sophisticated with automated washing, selecting and packaging processes. The recycled materials are purified through automatic optical material sorting and mesh filtration. Compounding and homogenization are done to ensure the quality and color consistency of the materials.

 

Veolia has been providing resource management and environmental solutions to municipalities and industries in China since 1990s. The company manages more than 80 projects in around 40 cities of China.
