A ceremony was held to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Kautex Maschinenbau in China, around 300 officials, customer representatives and business partners attended the event in Shunde. Despite the impact of COVID-19 this year, Kautex in China has achieved a 20% business growth.

During the technical forum, representatives of Kautex introduced the latest product development, application technologies and customer service. Thomas Hartkaemper, CEO of the group, shared the company mission and vision through video call from Germany.

Moreover, the company showcased various innovative solutions for medium-sized molding. For example, KSH100S, a large barrel packaging machine, can produce 220 liters of single L ring barrels and 220 liters of double L ring barrels. It is equipped with PWDS to optimize the wall thickness and achieve 10% weight reduction. The cycle time is only 90 seconds and the hourly output is 40.

Meanwhile. the KCC20D-1150 can achieve 3+3 stacking barrel production. It produces 12-liter stacking barrels with PWDS weight reduction device. Compared with the original product, the weight is reduced by 50g, the cycle is 32 seconds and the hourly output is 675.
