深圳市通产丽星股份有限公司（Beauty Star）工艺技术管理部部长林茂青在第八届CPRJ 塑料包装技术论坛暨展示会上，通过加减乘除四大策略分享包装创新方案。

 

其中减法策略是删除产品中的某一个元素，让剩下的元素成为一个新产品。删除的部分应当是产品中必不可少的，但又不是核心的和最无关紧要的功能，才能让减法策略发挥最大的威力。

 

乘法策略则是对产品的某一部分进行复制，再重新整合到产品当中。除法策略则是指产品的某一部分分解成多个部件，再用新的方式将它们重新组合。
