这5个要素包括：

①将所有的软包装收集以进行分类和回收；

②将单一材料进行分类回收；

③对包装结构进行重新设计，将多层材料的软包装转化为单一材料软包装，只需使用现有的回收设备进行处理；

④研发对其余材料进行回收处理的解决方案；

⑤将可回收的软包装材料用于终端市场产品。
