普乐亚洲大洋州创新总监陈束斌：中国限塑法规对包装的影响

普乐集团（Huhtamaki）亚洲大洋洲创新总监陈束斌在第八届CPRJ 塑料包装技术论坛暨展示会议上做主旨报告时表示，中国的“限塑”与欧盟的“限塑”都是要控制塑料污染，不过欧盟更强调控制海洋污染，并且欧盟没有鼓励生物降解塑料。“对餐饮包装行业来说，限塑将让传统5P(PE,PS,PP,PVC,PET)受到挑战，转向生物降解材料PLA/PBS/PBAT/PHA。”陈束斌说。
他表示，在现实中，生物降解塑料货源紧，价格高。工业堆肥的条件很难满足，仅靠降解并不能解决所有问题，还需要借助4R1D去解决问题：Reduce(减量化）,Reuse（再利用）, Recycle（再循环）, Recovery（可回收）, degradable（可降解）。
