中国合成树脂供销协会再生PET分会会长/威立雅华菲（Veolia）总经理曹卫东在第八届 CPRJ 塑料包装技术论坛暨展示会上做主题报告时，指出再生材料在饮料包装商业化使用的难点主要来自法律法规层面、传统回收体系问题以及跨行业原料竞争。他表示，要推进食品级再生材料生产及应用，需要建设相关的法规体系，创建新技术、新回收模式，建立、优化回收再生体系，降低整体成本。
