中包联副秘书长吴红军：解读新禁塑令

今年年初，中国发布了《关于进一步加强塑料污染治理的意见》。欧盟于7月出台规定将于2021年1月1日开征“塑料包装税”，美国于8月25日正式推出《美国塑料公约》。
这些不同版本的“禁塑令”、“限塑令”其实目标都一致——在2025年前消除不必要包装，包装实现100％可重复使用，可回收或可堆肥等。严令之下，对于塑料包装是挑战，也是机遇。
中国包装联合会副秘书长吴红军在第八届CPRJ 塑料包装技术论坛暨展示会上做主题报告时指出，“推动塑料废弃物的分级分类管理和高值化利用，规范整个塑料废弃物回收再利用行业，形成高效合理充分的后端处置能力，才是解决塑料废物污染、将废物重新转化为资源的最重要基础。”
