Injection molding of folding baskets with an Arburg ALLROUNDER

For injection molding and assembly of folding baskets, Arburg's ALLROUNDER 920 S, with a clamping force of 500 tons and equipped with 1+2+2 molds, can produce 5 components simultaneously in a 40-second cycle.
These components are removed by MULTILIFT V linear robotic arm and put into the assembly position, completing the production process.
The size of the folding baskets is 400*300*165mm, and the weight is 900g. They can be used to contain food, accessories, toys, and more.
