速来围观：巴斯夫“化学循环”项目已在汽车、医药及食品包装、电子电器领域试点生产

越来越多的塑料加工企业正致力于提高塑料的可回收性，以实现循环经济。巴斯夫于2018年末，首次在生产装置中使用从废弃塑料中提取的热解油作为原料。去年，巴斯夫的四个合作伙伴已在项目试点阶段生产首批原型产品。
这些产品包括汽车塑料配件、温敏性药品的绝缘包装、马苏里拉奶酪密封包装以及断路器，涉及汽车、医药包装、食品包装及电子电器四大应用领域。产品都是采用化学回收原料制造，其品质与性能与以原物料制造的产品相比并无异样。
“化学循环”采用经 REDcert2 第三方认证的质量平衡法将部分回收材料分配到最终产品，以帮助我们的客户实现可持续发展目标，”巴斯夫特性材料部高级副总裁Jürgen Becky说。
“化学循环”从试点转向市场推广，需要解决各种问题。现有将塑料废弃物转化为回收原料的技术必须先进，并适用于工业规模，以确保热解油始终保持高质量。巴斯夫目前正在研究各种方案，以便为其生产一体化（Production Verbund）长期提供商业规模的热解油。
