作为低温酸奶市场的新贵，简爱酸奶上市销售5年以来，产品销售量年平均增长率达155%，目前其年销售量是刚起步（2015年5月份）的57倍。

 

产品销量暴增的同时，酸奶包装的需求量也随着增长，快速高效生产是关键。福建恒隆塑胶工业有限公司作为简爱酸奶包装的生产商之一，采用德马格注塑机进行简爱酸奶杯盖、勺子以及杯子的注塑成型生产。其中，杯子采用1出6模腔，注塑时间为6秒，勺子和杯盖采用一套模具，配备自动接装，循环周期为14秒。
