NGR回收生产线助力木质纤维素复合材料闭环生产

芬兰初创公司Woodly Ltd致力于研发木质纤维素复合塑料。这种复合材料材质透明且具有碳中和特性，曾一度引起国际媒体的关注。目前Woodly 正通过与回收设备供应商NGR的合作，实现这种木质纤维素复合材料的回收再生利用。
“将Woodly 复合塑料制成的薄膜回收制成再生颗粒并不困难，并且再生颗粒物的透明度很高。”NGR开发和工艺技术工程师Peter Hierzenberger博士说，“我们的实验室在典型的聚烯烃加工条件和挤出机配置下，可以采用再生Woodly复合塑料颗粒生产出厚度为20微米的透明薄膜。
Woodly的首席技术官Martta Asikainen这次成功的试验感到高兴：“我们的目标是减少对化石原料和塑料新料的需求。我们将与NGR扩大合作。”
尽管今年全球出现了新冠疫情，Woodly 仍计划在今年推出这款创新材料，以满足不同领域的包装需求。
