惊！模板开距达6000mm，海天巨无霸注塑机即将出口

近日，海天国际完成一台超大型二板机JU55000III的装配。该二板机为海外客户所订制，装配过程历时50天，海天二板机制造基地前后安排了优秀的专项技师和多能工共200多人一起协作完成了整个装配过程。
该产品整机重量达410吨，注射重量和容模量分别超过50千克和25立方米，模板的最大开距则达6000mm，可满足市政工程、交通设施、物流等领域对超大塑料制品的需求。
此次JU55000III是海天迄今为止外销机型中最大的一台，为海天超大型注塑机角逐国际市场奠定了新的里程碑。
