【变废为宝】化工厂废气回收的干冰,居然还可以这么用?

干冰清洗技术,是一种绿色环保、无损、干燥的清洗方式。原理是把食品级的干冰作为耗材,放在干冰清洗机设备里,压缩空气接到设备内,带动干冰颗粒高速的喷射在需要清洗的物质表面,通过冲击-低温-爆破的方式,实现干燥无损环保的清洗。与传统的喷砂,水洗,化学溶剂以及手工清洗不同,干冰清洗不导电,干燥,不会产生二次污染,不会生锈以及不会对设备和产品造成任何损伤。
 
目前,干冰清晰技术主要应用于橡塑模具清洁、铸造模具清洁、复合材料工具清洗,复合材料产品表面清洗,喷涂前处理、产品修边去毛刺、去油污、除胶、除脱模剂等。
 
美国Cold Jet酷捷公司中国区总监孙刚表示,在美国,许多工厂以前使用最终被填埋或处理的溶剂和抹布。现在模塑商已采取措施,大大减少或消除化学溶剂和抹布的使用。“干冰清洗技术可以帮助模塑商进行回收和可持续性工作,消除对环境及工厂人员有害的VOC清洁化学品。” 孙刚说。
 
他指出虽然在自然环境中存在二氧化碳,但酷捷干冰是由化工厂废气回收的二氧化碳经提纯制成。因此,它不会消耗自然资源,它是一种可持续的资源,不会发生任何变化或与环境保持生态平衡。

此外,由于美国政府的EPA(环境保护署)不认为用干冰清洁的人是造成温室效应的原因,因此干冰清洁不需要进行认证。

孙刚表示,酷捷将继续开发需要更少空气和更少干冰消耗的设备。“干冰本身是没有‘循环经济’说法的,因为它会升华。但是,我们的新设备确实需要较少的空气来运行,从而降低了能源成本和自然资源以产生压缩空气。通过更好的空气管理,干冰的进料速度也会降低,节省了制造干冰的资源。”孙刚总结道。
