生物材料成型一步到位?在线配混直接注塑这么做

循环经济已成为当今行业的热门话题。循环经济的实施带来了巨大的挑战,同时也为塑料行业带来了巨大的潜力。


作为领先的注塑机制造商和系统解决方案提供商,伊之密正在其“绿色工艺解决方案”中引入一项新工艺技术方案——聚合物在线配混直接注塑成型(DCIM)。该解决方案具有可持续性、成本效益高等特点,可为全球客户拓展新的商业应用可能性。


通过注塑与在线配混相结合,DCIM方案可以减少整个价值链中的大量二氧化碳排放。据估计,使用伊之密DCIM系统方案生产1ton复合材料时,能减少排放264kg二氧化碳排放。


此外,该方案是处理生物材料的不错选择。因此,它非常适合循环利用和循环经济。该系统由伊之密与德国Exipnos公司联合开发。在K 2019 期间,伊之密展示了这套完整的在线配混注塑成型方案。

伊之密UN160A5-EU三板精密伺服注塑机搭载复合输送系统(CDS),配以伊之密线性机器人系统YR6308S。


DCIM:聚合物配混与注塑一步成型


伊之密的DCIM方案可实现注塑和原材料配混同步进行。此方案可省略高成本、耗时长的中间工序,例如造粒,冷却,包装,仓储,转运及干燥。DCIM方案核心技术是复合输送系统(CDS)。CDS可实现多组分物料精确计量混合输送。


DCIM方案由伊之密与其技术合作伙伴德国Exipnos公司合作开发。本方案适用于伊之密不同吨位注塑机,不仅降低成本,而且可实现更高质量的制造工艺。


在K 2019 现场演示中,DCIM采用一模2腔进行可生物降解咖啡杯的注塑成型。咖啡杯容量约170ml,重量为59g,材料为BIO-ELAN,整个成型周期为60s。
