姜闻博:未来医用3D打印将在骨科迎来爆发性增长

“3D打印技术在口腔领域的应用已非常成熟,现在金属义齿3D打印技术,已成功融入到整个义齿加工生产链条中,逐渐代替传统的人工雕刻、铸造的加工方式。未来在骨科金属3D打印植入体领域有望迎来爆发性的增长。” 上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院3D打印技术临床转化研发中心常务副主任姜闻博近日在接受雅式橡塑网(AdsaleCPRJ.com)记者采访时说。

上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院3D打印技术临床转化研发中心由骨外科学和骨科生物力学专家戴尅戎院士于2013年建立,2016 年升格为上海交大医学3D打印技术创新研究中心,整合了上海交通大学生物医学工程学院、材料学院、机械学院、以及上海九院的临床主任医师,共同推进医学3D打印技术的研究以及临床转化服务。

目前,上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院主要将3D打印技术临床转化应用于骨科、口腔科、整复外科等领域。其中,骨科包括骨肿瘤、关节、脊柱、创伤。口腔领域则包括口腔颌面肿瘤、正颌、正畸、颞下颌关节手术等。

姜闻博表示,目前3D打印医学应用主要包含3D打印医学模型、导板、植入体、康复器械等,现在推广的比较多的是模型、导板和康复器械,未来3D打印的植入器械将会迎来快速增长,因为植入器械的附加值比较高。

“从临床科室来说,还是骨科、口腔应用的比较多,以骨科为例,现在应用比较多的是骨肿瘤的重建,未来在关节置换尤其是关节翻修领域的应用可能会迎来较快的发展。”姜闻博说。

据他介绍,刚开始,3D打印技术主要是在北京、上海、广州等著名的三甲医院得到应用,用来解决临床复杂疑难病例遇到的问题。

“未来很多疾病的治疗都会在下沉到这些医院,而3D打印技术在帮助基层医生快速成长方面可以起到一定的作用,如利用3D打印病变模型进行充分的术前讨论和规划,3D打印导板辅助手术的实施等,都可以降低手术的风险。”姜闻博补充道。
