Green packaging: Nestlé showcased POLO candy dispenser with patented design

At the 4th Edition CHINAPLAS x CPRJ Plastics Recycling and Circular Economy Conference and Showcase held in Shenzhen on 16 April, 2023, Nestlé showcases the sustainable POLO candy dispenser in China for the first time.

According to Xuetao Wang, Packaging Director, Nestlé (China) Co., Ltd., the idea of the dispenser is to design a delivery system to eliminate single-use packaging for POLO candy. The company may develop similar systems for other products like single-serve instant coffee packet.

Besides Nestlé, Vitasoy and Liby also displayed their latest innovations for green packaging at the conference. For more details:
