索尔维宣布，其拆分为两家独立上市公司SOLVAY和 SYENSQO进行运营。目前该拆分计划正在进行中，预计将于2023年12月完成。


索尔维集团首席执行官 Ilham Kadri 博士表示：“索尔维 160 年的传承将被世代相传，新公司的名字是对这一点的美好体现。SOLVAY 将在住房、健康、营养和交通领域创造并提供关键解决方案，以满足人类的基本需求。SYENSQO 将是一家充满探索精神的公司，它将引领创新，推动人类进步。”
