(Fakuma Direct) Chinese exhibitors surprise visitors with high performance and precision injection molding solutions
At Fakuma 2023, correspondent editor from Adsale Plastics Network met some Chinese exhibitors, including Haitian, Yizumi, Tederic and others, which bring innovative solutions to injection molding machines.
Haitian showcases its Jupiter series 2-platen injection molding machine. Featuring a 4-cavity mold, robot and safety fence, it demonstrates the production of a functional part with use of POM.
Yizumi presents its FF 200, an injection molding machine for medical application. The machine demonstrates the production of protectors for medical injectors, in its cleanroom with high accuracy.
Tederic highlights its all-electric machine, Neo E230, with 6-axis robot, assembly port and conveyor belt. The company demonstrated the machine processing with cardbox production. The benefit with this electric machine is it reduces the use of energy and its high precision. In combination with the automation system, the machine runs by itself.
