PMMA材料介绍


 PMMA属高透明材料,透光率达到92%。有一定的耐热耐寒性,耐腐蚀,绝缘性能良好,尺寸稳定。质地较脆,易吸收醇类溶胀,表面硬度不够,容易擦伤。可生产有一定强度的透明结构件如:车灯、仪表零件、光学和3C电子产品镜片、装饰礼品、广告灯箱、铭牌等。

疫情之后,消费升级,电子产品和日常生活用品大家都会用酒精进行消毒,普通PMMA的易吸收乙醇(酒精)溶胀发白,并产生应力开裂,对产品造成破坏。

 

现在社会消费观念提升,大家对电子产品的外观更加挑剔,不允许日常使用的电子产品表面是一个大花脸。普通PMMA因为表面硬度不够,容易擦伤,所以用普通PMMA生产的产品都会做表面喷涂处理,但是喷涂工艺会严重污染环境,且损耗大成本非常高。
