Revolutionizing mobility: GAC shows off ERA Concept hydrogen SUV
GAC recently unveiled the ERA Concept car, a revolutionary new energy vehicle. Built on GAC's innovative multi-energy platform architecture, the full-size 4WD crossover SUV features hydrogen fuel cells and 200kw distributed motors on the rear axle.
The body is designed with an aerodynamic kit made from marine recycled plastic and seaweed bio-based materials, demonstrating GAC's dedication to environmental sustainability. For the interior, premium materials like bio-based mycelium leather is used.
The boldly stylish interior hails clever design innovation: welcoming lights bathe the interior when the doors open; the front seats can rotate to face the rear, creating an interactive environment; a central console that transforms into a tabletop, among others.
The ERA Concept car is the collaborative effort of GAC’s global teams, including Advanced Design Los Angeles and Milan, echoing the Chinese automaker’s dedication to drawing global talent resources for technological advancement and design innovation.
