Application & Features:
1.Suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° and 60° ) fittings of PE、PP、PVDF in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting , make integrated fitting and weld straight pipe and fitting and so on.
2. Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings
3. Removable PTFE coated heating plate.
4. Milling plate movement adopts safety switch control to avoid unexpected start.
5. Heating plate and milling plate adopt liner movement structure .
6. Low Starting pressure and high reliable seal structure
7. Separate two-channel timer shows time in soaking and cooling phases. When timing is over, it alarms and convenient for users
