热销PETG冰杯仍需进口？哪些化工企业在生产？

目前中国用作冰杯的塑料杯，一定程度上还需要进口。在美团和盒马等平台，食用冰冰杯的保质期一般在12个月左右，但有业内人士表示，由于中国缺乏相关杯材的供给，能满足“冷冻12个月”要求的杯子现在仍然需要进口。
一般来说，常见的杯子采用PET材质，这种塑料在低温环境下会变脆（即所谓脆性温度），而冰杯需要使用能够在低温下保持稳定性、透明度高、韧性好的材料，同时保持美观。
目前，高质量的冰杯原材料在中国的生产能力还不够成熟，或者市场供应不足，导致需要依赖进口来保证产品的质量和供应。
据了解，用于制作冰杯的塑料材质之一是PCTG/PETG塑料，也称为水晶塑料，这种材料能够在零下40℃到80℃之间保持稳定，具有良好的耐高低温性能、高强度和透明度，适合用作需要冷冻的冰杯。
由于PCTG/PETG塑料的生产技术被少数国外公司垄断，导致中国市场上的高质量材料大多数需要进口，但是，目前中国也有部分企业成功投产PETG生产线。
