近日，巴恩斯集团与与阿波罗基金子公司阿波罗全球管理公司签订收购协议。根据该协议，阿波罗全球管理公司将以36亿美元现金收购巴恩斯集团。

 

巴恩斯集团成立于1857年，总部位于美国，经营两大主要业务航空航天和工业。其中，工业产品线拥有圣万提（Synventive）、manner和FOBOHA等品牌，为汽车、包装、医疗和电子等终端市场提供模具、热流道及自动化等解决方案。
