Nanjing Tengda Machinery Co., Ltd---founded in 2009, covering an area of 38 acres and a building area of more than 26,000 square meters, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the product development, production and sales of complete sets of plastics processing equipment. We have a senior R & D team, specializing in twin-screw extruder as the core of product development and manufacturing. After more than 20 years of research and development, we have formed a complete set of fully automated polymer processing line based on twin-screw extruder, as well as the independent production of high-end key components, and have established a complete industrial chain in R&D, design, manufacturing, application and other aspects.
In 2013, we jointly set up a twin-screw technology research and development division with the Automation Research Institute of China National Armaments and Equipment Group (CNAEG) to introduce its cutting-edge technology into our civil products, and to give greater play to the advantages of military technology.
In 2020, Nanjing Starch Degradable Plastic Molding Equipment Engineering Research Center was authorized by Nanjing Development and Reform Commission.
In 2022, we will build a new Anhui Tengda Extrusion Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. in Maanshan National Hi-Tech Development Zone in Anhui Province, and construct a plant and R&D building with an area of more than 18,000 square meters in accordance with the standard of a modern intelligent factory.
