机器可选择配置高，自动测宽，自动裁切，自动测厚，自动吸料等节省人工的设备。自动化程度高。机器能够精准控制压力，厚度，精度等参数。薄膜的误差可控制在极小的范围内，产品质量更高。 机器配置故障诊断与预警，可实时监测机器部件运作状态，如出现故障会呼出警报并在显示屏显示故障部位，提高生产效率。 新型的加热系统与节能电机，运行可有效降低能耗，降低电力成本。吹膜机可具备在线印刷和回收装置，操作便利，生产效率高。
多层共挤技术，可添入多种的塑料原料，可制成多种塑料薄膜，此薄膜会有更好的延展性。
