机器全机架采用国标材质整块钢板，品质稳定，模板及整机均经过退火处理，机架上的平面及孔位在 CNC 加工中心一次性加工完成，确保机架牢固不变形，平衡性好，各孔位及各平面精确；
1、最节能机构，集中加热，分开吹瓶，节约能耗；
2、双连杆曲臂合模结构设计，换模简单快捷，快速更换模具仅需 30 分钟；
3、恒温 120 摄氏度加热系统，受外界温度影响小，旋转式瓶坯加热，瓶胚受热均匀，
4、烘道系统采用伺服电机驱动链条，动作平稳、不晃动、噪音小，瓶坯加热更均匀，
5、设备可开启部位全部采用安装安全紧急保护装置、确保安全生产；杜绝人为不安全因素；
6、瓶型设置参数有 4 组记忆功能：便于模具替换
7.特有的加温座设计，确保吹瓶不漏气
8.采用小风机降温，可持续吹瓶，延长使用寿命
9.拉杆快排阀，快速成型及品质稳定
10.牙口保护机构，冷却水道
11.自动供料系统及缺料警报
12.自动出瓶系统，可连接输送带，提高自动化程度
13、抽气风扇可根据加热箱的温度调速：确保加热箱的温度保持在一定的温度范围内
