Vacuum Metallizer Machine (Crucible Type)

 

Application:

Vacuum Metallizer Machine Crucible Type to metallize PET, Nylon film for metallic yarn, metallic thread, hot stamping foil, packaging film etc.

 

Introduction:

Crucible type vacuum metallizer machine adopts MF induction heating technology to produce metallic yarn which services for textile industry, decorative industry, packaging industry.

 

Feature:

1. No pinhole, increase non-defective product rate for metallic yarn.

2. Super higher deposition thickness, suitable for various application.

3. Double side deposition, perfect for digital printing.

4. International brand vacuum pump and polycold to achieve better vacuum condition.

5. Siemens PLC and CPU plus Siemens motor and inverter to integrate whole controlling system for variable frequency consistent tension winding.

6. MF IGBT induction heating ensures aluminum block could be enough dissolution and degassing, then form into the stable molten pool and eliminate the sudden sputtering of big droplet.
