Paolo Mongardi, President of SACMI, told Adsale Plastics Network that SACMI will unveil its highly productive CCM compression press at the upcoming CHINAPLAS 2025.
This advanced machine delivers production speeds of up to 2,850 caps per minute with 64 molds—a 50% boost in productivity compared to the current range.
Sustainability is a key focus in the development of the CCM compression press. SACMI has reduced the machine’s specific energy consumption by 15% compared to the previous generation.
SACMI also offers solutions for the preform sector, including the IPS 400, which is reportedly the only preform press on the market with an integrated vision system.
