产品简介：1.该生产线采用了先进的控制系统、计量系统、传感系统、动力系统等元素；2.丛单层到六层PA尼龙合金材料复合均匀、黏结可靠、外观光亮，可以做一层、二层、三层、四层、五层、六层多功能的符合管道，PA11/PA12/PA9TC/ETFE汽车刹车油管系统， 完全取代进口产品，在国内外有多家客户在成功应用，打破了该种高性能管材多年来一直依赖进口的局面，且填补了PA多层耐腐蚀管材挤出设备领域国产化的空白。
创新亮点突破：1.采用高效PA专用耐腐蚀挤出机和耐腐蚀模具，机头配高速精密挤出装置，前后熔体压力显示，可实现精密控制与挤出，保证了复合管材的各层尺寸完全达到设计要求。2.牵引切割机一体机，定长精密切割。
