产品简介：无网过滤器是将熔体中的杂质经由过滤器内部独有的螺杆二次增压装置进行过滤，实现塑料溶液与杂质的分离，过滤出的杂质通过螺旋叶片刮除，排入料渣特殊的储存装置。装置内部设有高精度压力传感器，压力达到设定值时自动排除，实现全自动不停机不中断过滤，无需人工参与换网和排渣，过滤精度60-100目，排渣之后自动关闭，待下一次压力再次达到设定值，又会重复打开排除料渣。

 

创新亮点突破：过滤完全自动化运行，，无需人工操作，料压和料流无波动，过滤精度高，更低的电耗，更低的原材料个人工成本，真正实现无网过滤和恒压生产，提高生产效率。
