K 2025 Live: Applications of green materials in spotlight
This year at the K Fair, the spotlight is once again on the application of green, low-carbon materials.
Check out the cup which can be found everywhere at the fairgrounds. It marks the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center’s debut of a reusable plastic cup. The cup is made from modified foamed PP by Borealis.
Check out the carbon-neutral bike backpack from BASF! Its fabric is made from PA 6 with zero product carbon footprint.
To achieve high performance and sustainability in plastics, we cannot overlook the "invisible heroes" behind the scenes—additives. Take Milliken's modifier for PP, for example. It enhances the performance of both virgin and recycled PP.
