SKR Series Single Shaft Shredder

  1. The single-spindle shredder is strong and durable. Suitable for recovery of bulk solid materials, refractory materials, plastic containers and plastic barrels, plastic pads. Shred particles can be as small as 20mm according to different needs. And according to customer demand to provide a variety of feeding hopper. The equipment is low speed rotary knife, low noise, more energy saving.

  2. The single-spindle shredder is composed of moving cutter and fixed cutter to finish the function of shredding materials. The cutter head consists of a base axis and a number of quadrilateral moving cutter blocks. Moving knife block has 4 cutting edges, replace use. The moving knife block is arranged in v-shaped multiple rows along the base axis, and is fixed on the base axis with screws, which are rotated together with the base axis to form the moving knife disk. Static knife has two groups, fixed on the rack. The material is driven to the cutter head by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The speed is stable and adjustable, and the propulsive force is large and even. Suitable for recovery of bulk solid materials, irregular refractory materials, plastic containers and plastic barrels, tubes, film, fiber, paper, etc. Spindle speed is 45~100 RPM.

  3. According to different materials, different knives and sticks can be selected. Choosing knives and sticks correctly can greatly improve the performance and production efficiency of the equipment. The knives and sticks provided by our factory are: high performance knives and sticks, hard material knives and sticks and thin film knives and sticks.

  4. When choosing different knives and sticks, our factory also designs different installation methods of knife holders according to the characteristics of different materials: welding movable knife holder, detachable movable knife holder, and integral movable knife holder.

SKR Series Single Shaft Shredder

  1. The single-spindle shredder is strong and durable. Suitable for recovery of bulk solid materials, refractory materials, plastic containers and plastic barrels, plastic pads.
