Leveraging her technical knowledge, she is leading development of global collaboration with upstream to downstream partners for advanced and mechanical recycling, bio-based product, closed-loop initiatives, ESG, and carbon neutrality effort. 

Prior to this, she held various role on sales, business, and market development activities in her 13+ years working experience, including new application and product development.
