Beijing Chemical Industry Group Co. Ltd. (BCIGC), established in 1958, is a large state- owned enterprise funded by the People's Government of Beijing Municipality and supervised by the Stateowned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People's Government of Beijing Municipality. By the end of 2021, there are 30 secondary enterprises and institutions afliated to the BCIGC. The main business areas include fine chemical products, rubber and plastic latex products, engineering plastics, equipment manufacturing, new materials,electronic chemicals and other professional chemical manufacturing and services; technology services, cultural creativity, real estate development and property purchase, etc. In order to build a new development pattern, BCIGC will develop four industrial chains for high-performance engineering plastics, high-end rubber and plastic materials and products, coating and bonding materials, electronics and energy chemicals.
