Norch Machinery Technology is mainly engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and total solution of the rapid heating cycle molding (RHCM) system. The core products are multi-point controlled rapid heating cycle molding (MCRM) system and ultra-high temperature RHCM system (URHCM). The MCRM system uses high-temperature steam and water as the heating and cooling medium, which can divide the mold into 20 blocks at most for independent temperature control, and can achieve high-precision constant temperature control (± 0.5 ℃) for steam heating; The URHCM system uses heat transfer oil as the heating and cooling medium, which can realize the RHCM cycle with a maximum mold temperature of 280 ℃. It can completely develop customized systems according to customer’s requirements and has been successfully applied to high-temperature RHCM injection molding and composite plate thermoforming processes.
