The company is a joint venture established by Yuntianhua Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Dadi Yuantong (Group) Co., Ltd. Founded on May 22, 2014, the company is located in the Chifeng Resource-based City Economic Transformation Development Zone, Inner Mongolia. The plant covers an area of 1,500 mu (approximately 247 acres) and currently employs around 750 people, primarily engaged in the production and sales of phosphorus and titanium chemicals. Utilizing mature and advanced domestic and international process technologies, the company boasts total assets of approximately 4 billion RMB. The Phase I Phosphorus Chemical Project was completed and commissioned in 2016, achieving a fertilizer production capacity of 1.2 million tons and generating annual revenues of 3 billion RMB. The company has now established a comprehensive presence in the domestic market, while also exporting to international markets in Asia and the Americas, including India, Pakistan, the United States, and Guatemala.
