SI Group launches high-performance curative for adhesives

SI Group launches REZICURE PRO 2210, a high-performance, multi-functional curative for polyurethane and epoxy adhesives.

SI Group launches high performance curative for adhesives.

The curative can increase bond strength at equivalent levels while reducing application volume by 30% in comparison to other industry benchmark curatives for polyurethane adhesives and epoxy adhesives.

Due to its key attributes, this curative is a compelling new tool for the formulator’s toolbox, with properties including:

Longer operating window for polyurethanes/polyuria;
Stronger adhesion to metal substrates; and
Low viscosity for easy handling and processing.

REZICURE PRO 2210 is the first product launch in a platform of REZICURE PRO curatives being developed by SI Group for the adhesives market.

“The high-performance curatives for structural bonding increases the value chain’s sustainability by enabling producers to do more with less,” explained Ken Lauffer, Market Development Director – Rubber Converters & Adhesives.
